I would like to hear about the demonstration from those who attended.
On Monday / Tuesday, we will continue with the listening on the "strange" stories that we started this week.
However, I have been sent a short video clip with sub-titles and simple language about the surveillance ( or spying) on average citizens through cellphones, internet, etc. Since this is very much in the news - with Hollande and Meryl protesting the spying by the US - please watch it. We will discuss it as a warm-up at the beginning of the class.

In the Mon. - Wed. class, some one (I think either Diana or Laura) said she would write a summary of the last class. You can do it in the Comments of this post.
Hi, I´m Laura and I´m going to do the summary of the conversation b2 class that we had last wednesday. We were watching the Malala´s interview and we did the Malala´s work sheet answering the questions in pairs and with the whole class. We also listened the two parts of the strange story in Scotland and did the exercises number 2 and 4. Our homework for next monday is to do the exercise 6 os this strange story sheet and to think about a story of ghosts, urban legends, something that happened to you that was paranormal or scary...whatever you want.
ResponderEliminarHi:
ResponderEliminarI'm Alejandro, from Tuesday-Thursday group. In my opinion there were very much people in the demonstratiion, lots of teachers with their families, but maybe more universitary students than other times. All happened in a festive ambiance, as usual, with songs and slogans but at the end, some young people begun to throw petards and crackers and that originated some fight with the police. In any case, a lot of citizens expressed their public discontente with an educational law that nobody accept out from the government.
I wish I had been able to go!
